CENTRAL RAILWAY SAFETY AWARDS
MESSAGE OF GREETINGS & BEST WISHES
Greetings from the All India Rail Safety Council (AIRSC).

On the Occasion of the Central Railway Safety Awards Ceremony
It gives me immense pride and great pleasure to extend my heartfelt greetings and sincere congratulations to all the distinguished awardees, officials, supervisors, and dedicated railway employees honoured during the prestigious Central Railway Safety Awards Ceremony.

The recognition bestowed upon these exemplary railway personnel stands as a powerful tribute to their unwavering dedication, exceptional vigilance, operational discipline, and relentless commitment towards ensuring the highest standards of railway safety and efficiency within Indian Railways.

Railway safety is not merely a departmental responsibility; it is a national commitment that safeguards millions of passengers, railway employees, and vital infrastructure every single day. The selfless efforts of frontline staff working across Operations, Engineering, Signal & Telecommunication, Electrical, Mechanical, Security, Track Maintenance, and allied departments form the very foundation of India’s safe and reliable railway network.

The awardees being honoured today truly represent the finest traditions of Indian Railways through their:

Outstanding professional integrity
Remarkable alertness and preparedness
Commitment to accident prevention
Dedication towards passenger safety and operational excellence
Continuous adherence to safety protocols and disciplined working culture

I also highly appreciate the efforts of Central Railway administration for continuously promoting a strong “Safety First” culture through modern technologies, staff training initiatives, safety awareness programmes, infrastructure strengthening, and operational monitoring systems.

In an era of rapid railway modernisation and technological advancement, the role of railway employees in maintaining operational reliability and public confidence becomes even more significant. Their contribution not only strengthens railway safety mechanisms but also supports the broader national vision of sustainable, efficient, and future-ready transportation systems.

On behalf of the All India Rail Safety Council, I convey my warmest congratulations and best wishes to every award recipient. May this recognition inspire all railway personnel across the nation to continue striving for excellence, discipline, responsibility, and innovation in the service of Indian Railways and the people of India.

Let us all continue working together towards a safer, stronger, smarter, and more resilient railway system for the nation.

“Safety is not merely a procedure — it is a responsibility, a discipline, and a continuous commitment towards the nation and its people.”

With warm regards and best wishes,

Dr. R. Padmanabhan
Chairman
